Proper pre-treatment is essential before painting ships and steel structures. At Schavicast, we master various techniques such as de-rusting with buck hammers, grit blasting, water blasting, dust-free blasting and vacuum techniques. We perform this work at our own workplace or at your premises.
Preserve
Our employees at Schavicast are trained in-house and have excellent professional knowledge. Preservation is a speciality, with layer build-up after blasting using airless spray, HVLP and electrostatic wet painting. We aim for durability with three or four coats, according to NORSOK or ISO standards.
Quality control
We are happy to prove our quality to you. Our NACE inspectors carry out extensive quality checks according to strict standards, which set the benchmark for the quality and durability of our work. The report gives you full insight into our delivered work, from start to finish.
